Since childhood I've had an appreciation for the landscape. Mountains, trees, skies, a stream
or pathway through the rural countryside intrigue me. Maybe
there's an old broken down fence line or a dirt road, possibly an old truck or weathered building to remind us of human passage.
My work is inspired mostly (though not exclusively) by the southwestern landscape and particularly scenes of
New Mexico. Many
of them are actual places while others may be compilations of reference material or even occasionally the product of my imagination.
Whichever, I hope they remind you of someplace you know (or would like to). I invite you to stop and
visit a while.
